Robin Redbreast Blanket

If you are a follower on Facebook or Instagram you will have no doubt seen this blanket already as its an absolute favourite make of mine this year and so utterly festive.

Its made using the ever popular C2C method which you will all know from my previous post I have only recently jumped on the bandwagon for.

This particular blanket is made using the fabulous Paintbox yarns in Aran weight and is so soft and squishy. I almost wish I’d made it bigger so I can snuggle underneath it. It measures approx 30″ x 30″ and my rubbish photos are not doing it justice at all (note to self – crack out the decent camera!)

My Robin truly looks like he is having a great time in the snow and with all the details in the picture I decided to keep the border nice and simple

I only made one of these blankets and its already sold but I have listed the pattern over on LoveCrochet so you can whip one of these beauties up for yourself!
They would make an absolutely gorgeous gift for a winter newborn. I would have absolutely loved a gift like this when my little one was born.
